Health Tips

Often it is said correctly that "the face is the mirror of the soul." Do not forget that health and beauty go hand in hand.
So then we propose some simple tips to improve our lives, our health and as a result feel better.
 
 
  • Never skip breakfast. Breakfast is considered by specialists as the most important meal of the day and that should provide enough energy and stamina to face the new day.
  • Five meals a day. A healthy diet consists of three big meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two light (mid-morning and afternoon). By mid-morning and mid afternoon are recommended to take fruit and juices.

     
  • Exercise daily. A daily walk of 20 minutes exercise our body, helps us relax and sleep better. But any other form of mild exercise is indicated: climbing stairs, dancing, going bicleta, gardening, ...
  • Sleep at least seven hours. Lack of sleep causes lack of concentration, more likely to suffer digestive problems and weight gain.


  • Drink about 2 liters of water daily. The water is ideal for quenching thirst. Other beverages containing alcohol and yy demasiadascalorĂ­as few vitamins and minerals that are not good for health..
